TemplateJet (the 'Service') is operated by Fundacja Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości "TwojStartUp", registered in Warsaw, Poland (KRS: 0000442857). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

TemplateJet provides a platform for creating, managing, and using personalized message templates for LinkedIn, Telegram, and WhatsApp outreach. Our service includes:

Creation and management of message templates with personalization features
Chrome extension for easy access to templates on supported websites
Automatic personalization of messages with recipient names and details
Name localization and transliteration features
Optional AI-assisted generation and improvement of templates

AI-Generated Content

AI features generate suggested text based on your prompt. Output may contain errors, omissions, or phrasing that is inappropriate for a given recipient. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to send any content produced with the Service. Do not submit third-party personal data, confidential, or unlawful content to AI features.

User Accounts

To use our service, you must sign in with your Google account. By signing in, you agree to:

Allow us to access your basic Google profile information (name and email)
Maintain the security of your Google account credentials
Take responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Acceptable Use Policy

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent for the seat of Fundacja Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości "TwojStartUp" in Warsaw. This does not deprive consumers of protections granted by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
